The person behind nattu.ai
Senior Technical Program Manager ยท Enterprise Consulting
I am a Senior Technical Program Manager at a global consulting firm, where I lead large-scale, complex delivery programs. My work centers on program governance, managing multi-workstream interdependencies, and aligning diverse stakeholder groups across enterprise engagements. This is my primary professional focus.
Alongside that work, I have been independently exploring the practical application of AI in enterprise contexts โ building small-scale experiments, testing hypotheses, and documenting what I find. I approach these efforts with the same lens I apply to program delivery: what actually changes outcomes, and what doesn't. The distance between AI in a vendor demo and AI in a real enterprise workflow tends to be significant, and that gap is what interests me most.
I started this site because the public conversation about enterprise AI is largely shaped by those who have something to sell. I wanted to contribute a practitioner's perspective โ grounded in real experimentation, specific about failure modes, and free from promotional framing. If something I've written has been useful to you, or if you're working through similar problems and want to compare notes, I'd be glad to hear from you.
Much of what I've learned from these experiments lives in personal notes, retrospectives, and conversations that don't surface publicly. That's a missed opportunity โ the hard-won lessons from real experimentation are often more useful to practitioners than polished case studies written after the fact.
This site is my attempt to fix that. It is not a thought leadership exercise, and it is not a personal branding platform. It is a place to write clearly and specifically about what I am finding โ in a format accessible to others working through the same problems.
The best way to reach me is on LinkedIn, or by email at contact@nattu.ai. I try to respond to everyone who reaches out, though it may take me a few days.
