Complex Program Delivery Enterprise AI (side projects) Quality Engineering Agent Evaluation
Natarajan (Nattu) Ramakrishnan

I am a Senior Technical Program Manager at a global consulting firm, where I lead large-scale, complex delivery programs. My work centers on program governance, managing multi-workstream interdependencies, and aligning diverse stakeholder groups across enterprise engagements. This is my primary professional focus.

Alongside that work, I have been independently exploring the practical application of AI in enterprise contexts โ€” building small-scale experiments, testing hypotheses, and documenting what I find. I approach these efforts with the same lens I apply to program delivery: what actually changes outcomes, and what doesn't. The distance between AI in a vendor demo and AI in a real enterprise workflow tends to be significant, and that gap is what interests me most.

I started this site because the public conversation about enterprise AI is largely shaped by those who have something to sell. I wanted to contribute a practitioner's perspective โ€” grounded in real experimentation, specific about failure modes, and free from promotional framing. If something I've written has been useful to you, or if you're working through similar problems and want to compare notes, I'd be glad to hear from you.

What I've been working on

๐Ÿงช
Requirement-to-Test-Case Generation
Can an AI take a requirements document and produce meaningful, executable test cases? Turns out the answer is "yes, with significant caveats" โ€” and the caveats are the interesting part.
๐Ÿ“Š
BA Agent Evaluation Rubric
Built a structured rubric for assessing whether an AI Business Analyst agent is actually performing well โ€” because "it sounds confident" isn't a quality metric.
๐ŸŽง
Customer Care Agent Evaluation
Rubric-based evaluation work for customer-facing AI agents, where the stakes are higher and the failure modes are more visible.
๐ŸŽ“
AI Training for QE Teams
Ran structured upskilling sessions for Quality Engineering practitioners โ€” moving them from awareness to practical application of AI in their workflows.

Why I write here

Much of what I've learned from these experiments lives in personal notes, retrospectives, and conversations that don't surface publicly. That's a missed opportunity โ€” the hard-won lessons from real experimentation are often more useful to practitioners than polished case studies written after the fact.

This site is my attempt to fix that. It is not a thought leadership exercise, and it is not a personal branding platform. It is a place to write clearly and specifically about what I am finding โ€” in a format accessible to others working through the same problems.
